Q) I do not understand the service?
ScoreSender sends SMSs (or text messages) to fans around the world. Every time your team scores a goal you will receive an SMS informing you the current result. For example, England are playing Brazil, if England score a goal, ScoreSender will send you a SMS message that tells you the England are currently beating Brazil 1-0.

Q) How does it work?
You simply enter your phone number, select your team and make the payment. We do the rest!

Q) How much does it cost?
The cost depends on the currency you pay in and the numbers of teams you select. You are paying the cost for the whole tournament. It is a one-time cost that covers the cost of every game your teams plays.

Q) Can I select more than one team?
Yes, you can chose multiple teams, an entire group or the every team in the compietions. Choosing a group helps because you will always know how the other teams are doing in your group and therefore you will always know the ranking of you team in the group. There is no need to watch every match, ScoreSender will keep you informed of every match in the group. We also send you the group standing at the end of the game! You will receive updates for every team in that group even after the teams pass the group stage.

Q) How many texts will I receive?
You will receive texts based on the game results, ScoreSender sends a minimum of 3 messages: Kickoff / Half Time / Full Time Score. You will receive futher texts every time there is a goal, or if a player is sent off and group standings when applicatble.

Q) How quick is it?
ScoreSender normally send the SMS within 15 seconds of the event occurring. Any further delays depend on the mobile operator and network that is delivering your message. But you will normally receive a message within 1 to 3 minutes after the event occurs.

Q) How long are my credits valid for?
Your credits is valid during the whole tournament. You will only stop receiving text messages in the following cases:1. The team you chose to follow leaves the World Cup.2. If you have selected a group you are following all teams in that group. So you will stop receiving messages only after all 4 teams leave the world cup.

Q) Will any charges appear on my mobile phone bill?
No. The only way we charge is when you buy credits on ScoreSender site via credit card, or paypal. The charge on your credit card will read scoresender.com 18882551137. +18882551137 is the number to call if you have any problems with the payment. ScoreSender does not handle or hold any of your credit card numbers of charges, these are handled by Allied Wallet.

Q) Are there any recurring charges?
No. You only make the payment once. You have complete control of your money. We do not store or hold or handle any credit card details

Q) I`ll be traveling outside my home country. Will I still receive the messages?
Yes! As long as you mobile reception, it does not matter where are you are in the world! On a beach, in the Amazon, or even the desert. just make sure you have reception!

Q) What if I turn the mobile phone off, will I get the SMS alerts when I turn it back on?
Yes. But depends also on your operator. Once the message is sent to your mobile, your operator stores the message and keeps trying to delivery for the following few hours.
